Join AMC President, Tom Owen III, and AMC Vice-president, Dr. Todd Osborne, as they elaborate on the importance of staff development.

Some of the topics addressed include but are not limited to the following:

1. The importance of hiring, training and motivating staff.
2. Why training staff is important to your practice and business.
3. Why leading your staff must begin with developing them first.
4. Why you must be a master of the system within your practice to effectively train your staff.

As Tom states, running a business is like putting together a 10,000 piece jigsaw puzzle. If you’re missing a few pieces, the picture isn’t complete. It is those pieces that ultimately produce success in business. But, when lacking, they are the pieces that customers typically notice the most.

As an added bonus, listen to the continuation of a roundtable discussion with Dr. Roy Sweat, the Founder, Pioneer and Developer of the Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic Program. It is another episode you DO NOT want to miss!
